My son wanted to be Kirby's Ninja for Halloween so I tried to find a purple flapper hat...the hat is really great. It is very warm and he likes to wear it around the house. And if you want to add a headband, you can make an adorable ninja. In the photo, the child is 4 years old and wears a medium size. Anything less would be too small, but I was also able to fit the hat in one spot on my head, so they must have a bit of stretch. If you are looking for a decent hat for a child, this one is for you.
