As a pilot, I knew I could test the barometer/altimeter well. I have to say I'm really amazed at its accuracy and consistency. I was afraid I'd have to fork out hundreds of dollars for a watch with a decent barometer. Not only did my watch match my plane's altimeter, I didn't have to recalibrate my barometer for over two months. I regularly compare it to pressure readings at local airports. I figured it would need to be recalibrated every week or so, but that never happens. (Like an airplane, the altimeter needs to be calibrated before every flight or whenever the air pressure changes.) This $40 watch is a steal. In this matter, we must pay tribute to Casio.
