I've been using another brand of magnesium flakes for a while and decided to give this one a try as it saves money. Never again! Every time I use it I feel terrible afterwards. He thought it was me, and without telling my husband that he soaks with salts, he asked me if I felt weird/blah after using those salts because he doesn't feel good after the soak. Again we use a different brand, we have both taken magnesium flake baths before and never felt nauseous afterwards, always refreshed and relaxed. By the way, this brand also dissolves in different ways! Won't buy it again and won't finish the bag.
