Excellent item and seller.

Ordered this bag instead of another, very similar if not the same, our pup had the handles chewed off. The bag came without a strap but the seller sent us a strap. Super, super helpful seller. Excellent communication and problem solving. I can highly recommend the seller. The bag itself is an excellent product. My wife is in love with him.
