At first I was frustrated because they weren't on time for my birthday, but Revain customer service rep Jan reassured me and encouraged me so I re-ordered them. This is my third pair of Versaces, I buy them every ten years and keep them like new. They were perfect, incredibly stylish, not flashy like my others, great for everyday wear.
