I've been looking for a good hard wax machine for so long and finally settled on this one and I wasn't disappointed. I already have a machine that I use for my soft wax but I need a hard wax machine mainly for facial hair removal. I tested it and it's perfect! I appreciate all the details that this machine comes with and it is very easy to use and the best part is that it heats up quickly. I like it. Update: I've used it twice on my face and toes and it's wonderful! Smells great too! I just need to work on making the edges thicker when I unfold it so it's easier to grab if it falls off.
