I've been looking for a good hard wax machine for so long and finally settled on this one and I wasn't disappointed. I already have a machine that I use for my soft wax but I need a hard wax machine mainly for facial hair removal. I tested it and it's perfect! Nice little eyebrow wax machine!

LOVE this product! I was skeptical at first as I always went to the salon to get my eyebrows done. But let me tell you that after purchasing this item I will never spend a dime on doing my eyebrows again. This wax kit is SUPER easy to use for a beginner like me. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but I had fantastic results the first time! Highly recommended!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. I don't mean physical pain as I didn't feel any physical pain while waxing. I mean the stress of that junk "wax kit" letting me down all the time. I was never able to get it to work properly, despite three tries which I put aside to try and remove the hair. Excited only to be disappointed

This product used ONCE and stored properly. As soon as I took it out after about a week, I plugged it back in to use, but it didn't heat up at all. I could touch the bottom of the pool with my hand and felt no heat, but the light was on. I restarted that socket and even tried another one but to no avail. This was set to the highest temperature setting, not above. I waited about an hour for the wax to melt and it never got hot even when the temperature was lowered after an hour. I sent a message

The hair on your chin is disappearing - shaving and hair removal

It definitely works! It's a bit messy, but once you get the hang of it, it's not that bad. I have a decent amount of coarse facial hair, especially on my chin, and I've decided to use this to try and remove it. It worked very well.
