I got this monitor for my son who surprised me and got everything over the last semester. First, he asked for a $600 monitor! I told him this would not happen. I told him he could get any monitor he wanted, but it had to be reasonably priced. He spent a few days researching as he has a list of features he would like to see on his monitor. Its main requirements were a response time of 1 ms and a large screen, larger than 27 inches. In the end he chose this monitor from Z-edge. I've never heard of them, but when I looked at the specs I was pretty impressed with how much they cost. 32" flex, 1ms, black backlight and a decent 165Hz refresh rate. Bigger brands cost at least a hundred or two more. When it arrived I needed a display/color/scale calibration but once that was done the images from this monitor were really nice and vibrant. Video quality is smooth and clear with no visible lag. I'm not a huge fan of curved monitors, but I see the appeal of playing games on them. The screen is huge and has an immersive effect that makes you immersed in the game. It has impressive performance and price, I think it's a great find.
