I like the interface of this diagnostic tool. There is hope in database features such as keeping records of your vehicle maintenance. I've owned it not long ago and have already serviced the brakes on three cars. I also ran diagnostics on the horrible Dodge 2.7L V6 engine (the worst!). This device allowed me to get my F350 to skip emissions by locating problems in my O2 sensors. All in all, I'm looking forward to using this tool. The only major downside of the product is the high annual renewal fee. The upside is that you don't have to run any programs per se, but if they come out with any software fixes, you're out of luck. For the DIYer, I recommend unsubscribing until you need it. Of course, if you're running a business, updating is only part of your running costs.
