Worked 2 years and 4 months. It was a great TV, I loved the Samsung brand so much that I even bought an LCD panel for my computer recently, but now white pixels appear on the screen. 1 yesterday, two more today. After some research on various technical forums, I'm not the only one who encountered this problem. Samsung doesn't want to fix this as out of warranty, but when hundreds of people face the same problem after about 2 years, the problem is with the product. We Samsung customers need to sit down, face Samsung and tell them about dead white DLP pixels. Three pixels isn't that bad, is it? According to other owners, they will multiply by hundreds or more. I urge any Samsung DLP Projection TV owners having the same issue to call Samsung and give us a call so we can be heard if this fails. My next TV will NOT be a Samsung due to poor customer support! This item requires a free recall and repair. This TV should last 5-7 years or more, not 2 years and 4 months, not for the $1200 I paid for it.
