Review on ๐Ÿงณ RDEXP Flexible Replacement Suitcase Luggage: Durable and Versatile Travel Companion by Christina Pacheco

Good sturdy handle, saved my suitcase from an early grave

Very happy with this handle. The brackets that hold the case's handle are metal and appear to be quite strong. Much stronger than the original plastic struts which broke on the first ride. This handle is padded on the bottom. I measured the holes for the bracket and found this handle. I was able to use the original holes. The handle portion is about 1/4 inch longer than the stock handle so doesn't go all the way down, but that's not a problem. The most important is the pair of holes, the distance (between 32mm holes) should be the same so you don't have to drill new holes to attach them to the case. I used larger shims than the ones that come with this grip. The washers I used are 7/8" wide with 3/16" holes (purchased from Lowes). The wider washers distribute the load a little better and cover the cuts I made in the trunk liner, had to loosen the old bolts so cut the liner about 3/8 inch. The suitcase measures 28 inches and weighed 52 pounds. when the cheap original pen broke. I like the suitcase very much, IT Corona luggage 28 inches, but the handles don't fit. I will be replacing the 2nd handle on my suitcase with this handle so I don't break the handle on my next trip.
