I like how easy it was to install, configure all my servers. The dashboard provided me with great information about server performance as well as overall uptime. It's also very handy when you need some help from their team if something goes wrong or you have questions regarding your account setup! There are definitely better options out there but this one works just fine. They're really helpful whenever they can be reached via email. Their customer service has been excellent so far which makes them stand out among other providers. Monitoring our node applications using ntopng we realized that there were areas where improvement could be made. That led us to use this software - monitoring everything went smoothly afterwards.
