The ease to use software is one thing I like about this product. It's easy for anyone who has no experience with it to learn how to use it in just minutes.The program can be very confusing when you first start using it but once you get used it, everything works great! There are not many things that I dislike at all. This is my favorite tool that we have been able to implement into our business since we started doing more remote work from home. We have been able to send out mass emails and documents which saves us time as well as money. Our clients love being able to receive their information via email instead of having to go through the hassle of actually picking up the phone or coming by the office.
