Firstly, this is not solid wood but chipboard with veneer on all sides (including cut ends) mimicking solid wood cut from planks. Second after ingestion. After disassembling the crate and sorting all the parts, I started assembling and found halfway through that the two central bottom panels with door magnets were identical. When installed, these parts should be mirrored on the outside with door magnets. Identical parts to the ones I received make final assembly impossible. The box is big and heavy and packed in such a way that a machine builder has to repack it. Will Revain send me a replacement baseplate or do I need to repackage it for a return/exchange?
