Just what you need in a Birthing/ Exercise ball
Nice and sturdy, when used properly- and durable. Never feel like it can pop. Love the little extras this ball comes with, put a few of them in my hospital bag already. Husband likes to stretch on it as well. Dogs are a little afraid of it, Lol!
