Reliable product. My mom's angry cat (no kidding, she's a real monster) broke her Samsung tablet I bought her and I couldn't pay for a brand new one. There were no instructions but I watched the video on YouTube and figured it out. The most important part of the process seems to be using a hair dryer around the edges of the screen to soften the adhesive after removing the case. Once the adhesive has softened, the old display comes off fairly easily. For the price, this is a great deal.
