I've been using their services for more than 10 years now, so they know how my business works really well - that's very important! Their team is constantly expanding its network with new offices all over Europe (including Russia!).

It was difficult at first time when we needed some localization as fast because there were no office close by us but since then it has become much easier due our direct contact via Skype / Slack etc.. Sometimes you need just few hours after your request received before final translation gets approved/approved version ready - which can be frustrating if not prepared enough resources from customer side ;) They also provide proofreading service once per week usually within 24-48hrs response period :).
