The design of the product is great but the execution is terrible! My cat liked this carrier but the quality of the components was "cheap". For around $50, I expect the quality to be about mid-range. When the sides were extended there was plenty of room, although when carrying our cat the only way to see where she was going was by climbing through the top screen or trying to peek out of the rolled up play tube. Most, if not all, of the cats I've had, on the other hand, liked to watch where they went. Viewing from a collapsed game tube isn't a feature at all. A better design would have at least one open/mesh side and one open/mesh top. Instead of using seemingly "cheap" faux vinyl and rubberized mesh, use higher quality materials. Also "metal" buttons/rings and zippers are made of "cheap" "flammable metal". Again, this product requires some work with higher quality components. The stitching is terrible, with loose threads, poor quality threads and doesn't seem to be sewn very neatly. I represent a group of people in a sweat shop in China who sew pieces together and pass them down the chain. My overall impression of the product is that while the design is creative and seems to work in some cases, the manufacturing, production and component quality needs improvement. We had to return our holder for a replacement due to the stitching and fabric quality on the top hanging rail coming out / tearing through the material. When I contacted Revainprime they said that if they received the old media the manufacturer would ship a new one. The carrier was dispatched on the morning of August 2nd and we have yet to receive a response or see a new carrier. If you're interested, there's a video on YouTube of two developers who created the carrier and boasting about how much income they've made. in the first year of sale. They tried to persuade investors to put more money into developing e-commerce and maybe start retailing at Walmart and other stores. I understand that the stretcher is just another TV product gathering dust on the shelf. The product "as is" should sell for around $25-$30 as a cat playhouse. It can only be a great product if!?!
