The picture shows items on both sides, but with items on both sides in the same place it will not close. In other words, the breathing tube hits the inhaler and prevents it from closing. We can only fit one breathing tube, one baby mask and two inhalers if they are positioned correctly so they don't bump into each other when closed. It's barely enough for our needs. I was planning to include a battery powered nebulizer, but that wouldn't be possible. This seems like a good case, but understand that the image is misleading as to how much you can dig into it and still close it.
