EDIT: Contacted customer support and they responded asap. They sent me a new one for free. It says a little bit more. Five stars for customer service. If you want a backpack that doesn't fall forward, use the owl backpack design. Owls don't sleep. Alpacas do not refresh themselves after use. Received them on Saturday, today I packed them for school tomorrow and the pink stays up. Both have the same elements and weight. Even after removing the pink alpaca laptop, it still leans forward. I've just emailed Tilami, I'm hoping for a reply soon.
