Update: Tilami got back to me right away and quickly sent a replacement backpack. Your customer service was excellent! Thank you Tilamy! 2 months after receiving this item there is a large tear in the side seam. Financially, that didn't meet the needs of a fifth grader.

I bought this for my daughter and I was worried about almost everything. At first I was afraid that the pen might get stuck, but it worked great. It turns smoothly. Bags are everywhere, which my daughter loves. It swivels easily and has a padded laptop compartment. I'm very impressed with the quality. Beautiful graphics, I was afraid they would look pixelated, but they are beautiful.

Very disappointed with this backpack. My daughter has juvenile arthritis, she studies at home and goes to group twice a week. She used this backpack a total of 8 times before the handle went down! Since we use it so little I just skipped the window to get it back. This backpack only rises when there is almost nothing in it. I bought it to help my daughter get to and from school without help, unfortunately it was more of a hindrance than a help.

This is an amazing backpack on wheels. The number of books my son has to carry through fourth grade is ridiculous. So to prevent back alignment for him/me. That was great. Fits everything including a laptop and I really like the durable water bottle fabric. Most backpacks I've bought in the past come with this very cheap mesh, but it's really good quality. It also has many different pockets and compartments for storing multiple things. Highly recommend and will be purchasing a different design…

EDIT: Contacted customer support and they responded asap. They sent me a new one for free. It says a little bit more. Five stars for customer service. If you want a backpack that doesn't fall forward, use the owl backpack design. Owls don't sleep. Alpacas do not refresh themselves after use.
