Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Ergotron HX Heavy-Duty Tilt Pivot: Enhance Your HX Monitor Arm with this Innovative Add-on by Anastazja Chteinman แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am one hundred percent satisfied with the purchase, I recommend this product to everyone.

There was a $6k ONKRON G140 bracket previously; my thoughts on it are here. It seems obvious that the heavy ergotron was chosen by the gods over silumin slag. All I have is the leg of this bracket to rely on if intruders break into my apartment and start shooting at me with a pistol. I'd like to hear more about the negatives. A year and a half ago, I purchased it on eBay for $20,000, including the $1,500 EMNIP fee. In our retail establishment, the price tag read $25,000 back then. The asking price of $40,000 is undoubtedly high, but this is the top tier currently available. About the placement of the monitor, the most evident restriction for ensuring mechanical stability is not the monitor's highest vertical rise. The bracket has a much longer time feel than any oncron, by at least twenty years.

Pros
  • Material - no silumin, as in 90% of brackets on the market * Easy installation of leg segment rotation limiters * Convenient cable route for wiring to the monitor * Durability despite the presence of moving parts * Zero backlash * Large monitor weight margin * Up to 18 kg
Cons
  • While cheaper, less sturdy brackets may allow you to mount your screen higher, the maximum height with this setup is lower.
