Very good quality and price. The "rectangles" on the headboard and the bottom of the frame give it a bit of style so it doesn't look cheap. The assembly was relatively easy, the instructions were good, no parts were included. However, I will "call" them about an issue, which prevents me from giving them a 5 star rating. There are about 8 "support bars", two of which are specifically marked for the "middle" of the frame. When I tried to introduce the first one, I worried because it was barely long enough to go through the entire "span". I had to manually "push" the side of the frame while attempting to thread a screw through the frame into a hole in the bar itself. Screw - the frame was flexible enough to be pulled to the bar. I don't know if this is "intended" but if it is then I think the manufacturer "digested" the idea. These poles weren't meant to be as short as they were. I noticed in one of the other reviews that someone had the same problem, but immediately concluded that they fell short and gave up before attempting to "save" the project like I did.
