There shoes were dress shoes for church. She wears a 8 1/2 shoes. I know some manufactors shoe sizes vary in length and width. I returned the shoe to the UPS store where they were to return the product for a refund because I was able to go to a store when they had sometime to reopen up during the pandemic. I checked on the shoe status of the refund and I did not get a refund confirmation that the shoe was returned so I have been sick the last few months and I would have my nephew do the shopping for me on line because I am challenged on technology. I am not a computer person so when an order is not right I have to go throught the steps to return the product to the vendor. I assume I may of missed an email confirmation or status on an order because I have been feeling better and I am able to go on line. I went to the orders part and saw that order is not posted on my account. So I am in limbo on to what the real status was if there was a refund isssued because all other orders were handled professionally and accurate. But this happened several months ago when I was sick so due to time lapse I WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT THE LOSS.
