The support for their product has been great! They are always willing to answer any questions or concerns we might come across while using them as an Agency partner within our organization (we use both Salesforce Commerce Cloud & Marketing Automation).

Their implementation process was seamless - they were able solve all issues that arose during this time without hesitation / reservation about doing so/ not wanting us involved at each step along way through it's lifecycle from onboarding till maintenance phase end-date..
