Failed to load media. Wheels broke on first use. The compression of the mop head became uneven and broke the sponge. Couldn't find replacement rollers as they would be easy to replace on the mop head and I wouldn't have to buy a brand new mop or write this review. it is completely wet, which reduces the stress on the rollers. In other words, don't let kids taste it straight out of the box and let it dry. By the way, the rollers on mine are smooth, not the same as in the picture. ***UPDATE** I'm a patient person but don't test yours with this product. It comes in a plastic bag. I ordered a second one (see description above). The second was just handed to me with a curved handle. Watch the attached video. Glad I kept the pen from the first one. I will make one worker out of two. May be.
