My furry baby Simba had a scab which he scraped up to the dampness and it started to get worse, within a day the scab started bleeding and he was scratching more and losing a clump of hair in and around that area . I initially put down a paper plate until I got this delivered. I ordered this one because of the many positive reviews. In the first hour it went off 3 times because he got rid of it. I must not have pulled him tight enough, so we tried again, tighter this time, but without choking him, I stuck my finger in the base around his neck to check the tension. Somehow it stayed that way. I came home from work today and he took it off and played with it lol. I knew he was scratching the wound but not bleeding, so I quickly gave him a donut with a flower on it🌼. Boy did he hate it, but after a few seconds he got used to it. I can't wait for the wound to heal really fast. I would recommend this as it's so easy and he feels comfortable sleeping on it to support his head like a pillow💕
