The sound is really good and the light is really cool. There are different modes. I can't say anything about the durability, I've only used it a few times, but so far so good. The Light modes are quite good, however I'm deducting a star because I find the Solid and Party modes to be exactly as described, however the "Slow Change" mode isn't quite as described as it's only just beginning slowly changing and then with a quick annoying one. Lightning. all lights, then slows down again and repeats this cycle. Now I use fixed modes because I find that fast flashing isn't very relaxing and doesn't irritate the eyes. However, so far it appears to be a quality product for the price. Edit 9/6/21 I brought this back because I really didn't like the light modes. Instead I bought the same brand and design (Kingsom) but it is candle color (orange) and has a soft shimmer effect. It's much better suited for my purposes. Simply click on the brand name above the product to find the candle. Much better if you are looking for relaxation rather than party effects. Yet again. Speaker works great
