This bag is almost perfect. It's soft and slumps well even when full. Plenty of space for everything I need to take with me without looking like I have a suitcase handy. I've noticed that all the zippers work well even when the bag is full - sometimes if you put enough items in the bag it distorts the shape enough to make access difficult. This bag is different! The workmanship is excellent but the best thing about this bag - apart from the fact that its style is beautifully unstructured - is that it has two separate main compartments. This greatly simplifies the organization of content so that items can be easily found. The only change I would make to the design of this bag is to make the short strap a bit longer so I can carry it on my shoulder with a thick winter coat or jacket and I wish this bag would come in more colors offered. .I only received it today so I can't say how it will wear over time but I don't expect any problems with this bag. It took me a few tries to find the right bag and I am very happy with this purchase.
