Review on 🦷 Enhance Your Smile with POPWHITE Whitening Primer Toothpaste Toner by Christopher Meyer

Purple, liquid toothpaste that just wasn't good for toothpaste.

Unfortunately, this product did not suit me. I have used Crest Whitening Strips in the past (usually once every 2 years is enough) but the last time I had too much sensitivity after replacing some metal fillings with white resin fillings. I love using Crest 3D Whitening Toothpaste daily and my color is beautiful, whiter than most. However, I could see more persistent coffee and red wine stains, so I wanted to reset the stains to get rid of the stains, whiten my teeth as much as possible, and get on with my life. So at my last dental check-up I asked about professional bleaching. Due to a recent sensitivity to peroxide bleach, my dental hygienist recommended this product. She said her niece uses it, she had very yellow teeth when she started but within 2 months everyone in the family took notice and started assuming she had professional teeth whitening. So I tried. First impression: the toothpaste is REALLY purple which just makes me sick for some reason. I shouldn't look in the mirror while brushing my teeth. Stupid I know But I thought I should mention it. The toothpaste is very runny which is not great when using an automatic toothbrush like me. It turns your lips and gums purple and also leaves purple streaks on the surface of your teeth. Subsequent rinsing also turns purple. The discolouration disappears after approx. 15-20 minutes. Long lasting: I used it for 3 weeks and my teeth didn't get whiter. In fact, my teeth seemed dirtier, and within an hour it felt like I hadn't brushed my teeth at all. I felt like every whitening was reversing, that there were more coffee and wine stains on my teeth than before. Since I was so irritated by liquid purple toothpaste, I gave up. I understand that purple neutralizes yellow and that it is a cosmetic product that masks blemishes instead of removing them. But even as a toothpaste and conditioner, it wasn't enough for me to continue using it. I would rather use a more abrasive peroxide based toothpaste and have clean sensitive teeth. I went back to Crest 3D White Toothpaste and Crest Pro Health Mouthwash and my white levels have already improved.
