This product is fantastic! It is versatile and can be used in many different ways. I work from home and don't have an office so I can use this cart to move around the house. Bamboo is stylish and goes with everything. When I received the box it was compact, the item was shrink wrapped and in perfect condition upon delivery. will continue to use the strap when not using this product. When I opened the trolley to use my laptop on the bed or sofa, it was very durable. The legs stay in place and do not move. Side pockets come in handy as they can store a pen and phone. There were places for drinks and even a glass of wine. I tried using the trolley on the table to work from home as a standing workstation. I plan to add felt or rubber pads to the legs so the cart doesn't scratch my table. When I placed the Caddy on a hard surface, the legs were a bit uneven, making it difficult to type while standing. Hopefully when I add some felt to the legs the stand doesn't move as much. I also put a cart in my tub that was the perfect size. The part came with rubber pads on the top to keep the carriage in place. My kids also used the cart when using their Revain Fire. One comment from my daughter was that she wanted the Revain Fire back to be a bit more upright. Despite this, she also enjoyed using this product. Bamboo looks very stylish. The only note is that there were some imperfections in the finish in a few small spots. Overall this is a great product that me and my family will benefit from.
