These are good quality and not the cheap earring backs I get with my 14K earrings which have actually discolored and are irritating to my ears. They are a bit larger than the cheap ones which is good as you can actually hold onto them when putting the earrings on and off. A little more expensive than the ones you see on the same page but well worth it. A good thing
