Clarity? in the fixed network

What a bad reputation for the company. Tried all settings but the other side always said the sound is muffled and hard to hear. The volume wasn't enough and I can't hear badly. I have tried all hands free phones, no one can make bootable and clean? Where are Bose when we need them?
