I bought these socks for my 5 year old son who will soon be 6 so he can wear them to soccer practice. I am happy with the purchase. The color is bright and the socks feel durable. I think they will last for a while, hopefully until my child outgrows them. There are two things you need to think about before buying these socks. Although the socks are designed for children aged 5-10 I'm not sure, especially for older children around 10 years old. My son will be 6 soon and he is not a big boy. It's medium sized. But now these socks fit him perfectly. I wanted him to wear shin guards in his socks but I don't see that as there wasn't enough room. 2. Impossible to distinguish between front and rear. It's not a deal breaker and I don't know how other soccer socks look. I mean you can tell which side is down by looking at the sock but not on this pair. Is this common with soccer socks? I have no idea.
