Broken replacement mop pad
This was the second replacement pad I've used that just broke the metal band holding the sponge together at the top. It broke on the first try. I've ordered and used these heads before with no problems, so either the seller got a faulty batch or my mop somehow broke. However, I was able to apply the additive following the instructions with no problems and the mop has worked in the past. I'll try charging from a different source to see if charging is really an issue.
