The product arrived with a defect. It took 30 minutes to even enter the home screen to enter the password/passcode. I work in the legal field and I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for the home screen to appear. I followed the return instructions exactly, even took pictures and they still gave me problems. If I hadn't stored every email conversation, my receipts, all the photos I took on arrival and return, and tracking (I paid to FedEx) with insurance where a person who works at their facility, should the sellers check and sign would not refund my money for a defective product on arrival. I will never order from this seller again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I wish you all the best of luck.
