I need a laptop that can easily play Netflix and YouTube videos and surf the web a lot. I've been working hard on it since I recorded it 4 days ago. I removed a few things but it wasn't too bloated to start with. I had to do a few updates but not too many. The sound could be a little better, but it's ok. Very easy. Attractive. Not slow at all for what I do. I am very happy with this laptop under $400. Would buy again. Good bang for your buck. Looks well made and should last.

Home computers. The screen is difficult to read. A lot is too easy. I tried changing fonts and worked on some things, not others. There is no DVD player, I had to take USB. I like that the screen is fully foldable. Couldn't load my 2007 Empire CD with Outlook, but it's a program, not a computer.

The product arrived with a defect. It took 30 minutes to even enter the home screen to enter the password/passcode. I work in the legal field and I don't have time to wait 30 minutes for the home screen to appear. I followed the return instructions exactly, even took pictures and they still gave me problems. The product does not match the description in terms of screen quality and contains information/applications from other people. The seller was very nice and gave me the option to send it back the same week. Ultimately I couldn't/can't come back to a major life event so I had to cancel and I'll just have to stick with it, see if a family member wants it. At least the seller was very good.
