This product does not have a pivot that can be tightened or secured. So the weight of the bulb allows it to be easily moved from where you actually want it to be. When I use a light or small bulb it works fine, but when I put a spotlight on it the weight of the spotlight doesn't stay on top. Why not allow the elbow or pivot to be tightened or pinched?
