Stops working after a few months

It was great when I first received it but a few months after charging it turned green but when unplugged from the charger it wouldn't turn on. Tried to charge for several days but to no avail

🐕 3 Training Modes - Dog shock collar has 3 modes - beep levels (1-9), vibration levels (1-9) and shock levels (1-9). Can be used to teach the dog basic obedience commands and correct inappropriate dog behavior.
