I bought this to avoid ironing if possible. Pretty good at getting rid of wrinkles. I don't go to work, looks like a tramp. The water gets hot quickly, but you keep refilling it. Please be careful! Water loves to splash and run down the handle. I learned the hard way after the first time. Now keep the towel wrapped around the handle. We would return it but disposed of the box before using it. We'll just wait for him to die and find a bigger/better option. Update: Just a few hours after I posted my review, PurSteam was kind enough to respond. They were incredibly understanding and offered to replace and refund the steamer I bought. They explained that they had sent me a defective product. I wasn't expecting to hear from them so it was a pleasant surprise. Excellent customer service. Thank you Purstim.
