It really works so far!

I bought this to relieve neck and shoulder pain. I definitely notice a difference in my pain levels when I'm carrying and not carrying. I've slept and showered in it with no problems. It's light and beautiful. I appreciate that it came in a small box with a certificate of authenticity.
