I have severe pain in my legs almost every day. As soon as I received them, I put them on and immediately felt relieved. Not complete relief, but definite relief. I usually wear shoes from a size 7 1/2 to 8. These socks are slightly longer from heel to heel and the toe is a little looser than I would like. Otherwise very happy with them.
