Review on 💓 Mio Slice Large Sienna Heart-Rate Monitor by Ruben Saunders

Just received my second Mio Slice. The first was too small and failed to connect to Bluetooth after uploading the firmware. Sent numerous emails to customer service with photos of all measurements and size recommendations: they don't understand. Also, the number they call is useless. The big one doesn't fit a 6 inch wrist. The second was also too small. After trying to install the firmware I now have a light paperweight. I've read other reviews complaining that small is too big, find out: I scan the barcode on the contents/box, it shows a small size, they blamed other vendors for the barcode. They have no idea what they have. They even insulted me to make sure I had a big one and I gave them all the numbers and group sizes.
