Stay clean! Pedometer compatible

Just received my second Mio Slice. The first was too small and failed to connect to Bluetooth after uploading the firmware. Sent numerous emails to customer service with photos of all measurements and size recommendations: they don't understand. Also, the number they call is useless. The big one doesn't fit a 6 inch wrist. The second was also too small. After trying to install the firmware I now have a light paperweight. Terrible battery life and frequent loss of connection in the application

I am very disappointed. This is a nice, stylish tracker, but it has too many flaws. It often loses connection and you have to go into the app itself and force stop the app. You must then return to the main application to verify that it is connected. Often this is not the case. You should not connect it for call or SMS notifications. The battery life is terrible, it only lasts a day, after that it has to be charged. Most people charge during the night, which is contraindicated if you want to…

Great HR for cardio! Not a very good app

Husband and wife bought it for me. I've been training and running for a while, but I can say I'm part of the majority, not an athlete. I need a heart rate monitor to help me count calories, take heart rate for HIIT, and get regular cardio stats. I tried several devices, but most gave me unacceptable heart rate readings. Over the years I've known myself and the typical heart rate I get from the workout and if I'm doing HIIT and the heart rate is too high you're going to push harder because the…
