In general, everything is fine. The screw holes are small. So if you want to mount a heavier object, you'll need to widen the holes with a drill to support the thicker screws. Also, the strut is cut out of the larger part and the cut edges are sharp. not ground/polished. It can chafe on surfaces like wood or drywall. It comes from China and it takes a long time to ship. So if you're pressed for time, look elsewhere.
