I was glad it came with a nose trimmer as my nose hairs irritate me, but the nose trimmer doesn't work at all. Dead on arrival = nose hair trimmer. The beard/mustache trimmer works well, but; 1. Can't tell when charging is finished; The indicator stays red while charging. When is it ready? There is no way of knowing.2. If you are using the beard trimmer and your finger or hand touches the power button, it will shut down or turn off while you are using it (the button is too easy to move). If you are very careful, it will not turn off during use. I rate it 2.5 out of 5 (but half stars are impossible). The inclusion of a nose hair trimmer, which is rubbish, was a little disappointing.
