Review on ASTRO Gaming A50 Wireless Headset + Base Station 🎧 Gen 4 - PS5, PS4, PC, Mac Compatible - Black/Silver by Mark Albright

They're pretty comfortable and the charging station is great, but that's literally about all I can say about them. The sound didn't really convince me. The volume was incredibly low, the high frequencies had poor reverberation and echo, and the low frequencies were very muffled. No amount of firmware updates, driver updates, fiddling with equalizers, or fiddling with computer settings was able to fix the problem. Considering the price, I would expect they should only require minor tweaking based on personal preference and should sound amazing. bad A50 Gen 4; If you google you will find tons of videos and page upon page of people discussing very similar topics. I just shouldn't have tried a second pair, I've already spent over 2 hours fixing these *right out of the box*. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me and I have something else. Buyers beware, it looks like a coin toss whether you get a great headset or junk. From what I've read, Gen 3 had relatively few issues.
