This case seems like a cheap Chinese knock off of the original Snugg product I bought for my old iPad four years ago. I loved that case and didn't hesitate to order another Snugg when my new iPad arrived.The frame does not sit square around the screen, which blocks certain functions such as the like button on Facebook. It is also supposed to turn off the iPad when you close it and it does not.I wrote a review for this case and the company contacted me stating that I must have gotten a defective item and shipped me a new one. Then requested I remove the negative review since they felt they had remedy the issue. Fair enough. I removed it. There customer service is good and I could probably get a refund if I asked. I'm sure it's worth $25 to remove negative reviews. However, it's worth it to me to keep it up and let people know what they're buying. The second case they sent me might be a little worse than the first one. I can say this case looks good closed and it does protect my iPad.
