When I first got them one of the headphones wouldn't turn on and I couldn't get it to work. I contacted the company and they were kind enough to send me a replacement quickly. How bad was it for me when, after receiving the second pair, I was informed that there was a blue film on the charging contacts of the headphones that needed to be removed. This is clearly stated in the instructions, but I obviously missed it when going through it (I have a bad habit). Headphones work great! They take a bit of getting used to in terms of button functionality, but there's nothing I can do about it. they sit well in the ears. I've had a few complaints from people on the other end of the call who didn't hear me well so I'm still trying to figure out how to improve that, but when I listen to music and podcasts I'm a big fan of it. The battery life also seems to be very good. In closing, I would like to say that Melinda's customer service was top notch when I struggled early on. She was a great help (my Yoda voice). Happy with this purchase!
