First let me say the set arrived a week early and was not damaged and had everything and even some extra strings that I wasn't aware of. Even after going through all the difficulty levels I still use all the balls because I think they all work for different things. For shot speed, softer balls are great as just a little touch will make them move really fast, and heavier balls will require you to hit harder to get them moving and that will get them coming back to you quicker, giving you some real shots can land power behind and gets the rhythm going.
